Great place to stay. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The rooms could use some help, but only certain ones. We often get a good room, but sometimes get an "ok" room. It seems like the company has been working on that.

My husband and I took an Alabama site seeing trip for our anniversary. We were in the Oxford area looking for a hotel to stay in for the night. I called 4 hotels before I called Comfort. A human answered and I was already sold. I was so grateful to talk to a human being that I honestly didn't stress over the cost of the room. That being said, Comfort was still the most reasonable price out of the 4 I had already called. The room was clean. The ONLY problem I had was the stopper in the shower/tub was broke and wouldn't stay open. Very pleased with the customer service and condition of the room.

Nice hotel and very warm and friendly staff. This hotel is worth the price point. It's clean and very convenient to Interstate 20. We felt very safe here. The complimentary breakfast was nice with hot waffles, grits, fresh fruit, cereal, biscuits, milk, and of course all the hot coffee you need to kick start your day. Our room was clean, and we had plenty of fresh towels. There was a bit of an odor in the room. A kind of musty smell. There are plenty of charging stations for your electronic devices. I would not hesitate to stay here again, but be aware the hotel seems a bit 'tired' and could use some freshing up. Door jams need repainting, spider webs on the bathroom light fixture, and rust spots on one of the ceiling light fixtures (see pictures) All in a good place to stay. I would come back.

Had a nice stay here. Beds were comfy, and the air worked great! My daughter left a necklace behind, and I called when we got home and explained the situation. They checked, and sure enough, it was found. I spoke with Sarah that day, and she was very helpful! She told me to call back the next day to speak to management about arrangements to be made to send it to us. I spoke with Meka the next day, and she got everything in order with management to have the necklace sent to us. Sarah and Meka both are outstanding people, very courteous and polite. Beyond helpful, with us being almost 2 hours away. Thank you all so much!!! We will visit again soon!!!

Only negatives were that we killed a roach in the bathroom (but we notified the front desk and they had the room sprayed and cleaned while we were out the next day), and some girl was singing in the shower next door at the top of her lungs for nearly an hour after we had turned in for the night.

This was the perfect first stop for me and my kids on our big road trip from Florida to Portland, Oregon. Coming back to my hometown of Anniston, Alabama, it felt good to have a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to rest. The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was spacious — exactly what we needed after a long day on the road. The breakfast was better than what I’ve had at other hotels in the area — fresh, hot, and well-stocked. The HD TV setup made it easy to connect our Apple TV, and every wall outlet worked properly — a small detail that made a big difference. What stood out most was how safe and peaceful it felt. No people hanging around the front entrance, no one asking for money, and no strong smells of cigarettes or weed near the doors. Just a clean, welcoming environment. We left feeling rested and ready for the road ahead. I’d absolutely stay here again.

The entire staff here is so friendly! Martha & her housekeeping team, Ashley & Deana (sp?) serving the breakfast hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay. The two ladies at the front desk always greeted us and were eager to offer helpful insights. It was very evident people enjoyed working together & that made our stay so much more pleasant.

Pros: Friendly front desk staff, nice updated room, welcoming staff and atmosphere, greeted at front desk with chocolate chip cookies, interior look much better than exterior of hotel. Equipment in room workd well. Cons: 1 of 2 beds had soiled comforter. Sofa was heavily soiled. There was a strange odor upon entering the room. The front desk staff kindly addressed the odor issue.
